Warranty Policy:  

For Official Smartphones and Tablets:

  • For products that are officially available in Bangladesh, customers will enjoy the full warranty policy defined by that particular brand/product company.
  • Customers will have to visit the nearest “Customer Care Center” of that particular brand to avail all sorts of warranty facility declared by that company.

For International Smartphones and Gadgets:

  • International devices comes with 0 (zero) warranty policy. Yet for the safety and satisfaction of our customers, we are offering a standard 7 days replacement guaranty and 1 (12 months from the date of purchase) years of Service warranty (without parts) will be available if the below criteria is met:
  • NO RETURN applicable if the product’s seal is broken
  • No returns will be applicable if the order is made without specifying the product’s variants (like color, configuration etc.) and in case of a later change of mind.
  • In Accidental Case product (Broken Display, Dent, Burn, Shocked, Water Damage or Manual Update or Root) Void Warranty.
  • The warranty policy is not applicable for Display and motherboard problem.
  • Before ordering, it is requested to know about the stock and delivery of the product from customer care.
  • As the price of the product is volatile, the cost of any product may change at any moment due to technical reasons.

For Used (Like New) Smartphones and Laptops:

  • All the AV Certified devices are eligible for a 10 days of replacement and 2 years (24 Months) of Service warranty (without parts) from the date of purchase.
